Please note that PICO Designs WILL NOT start working on your order until this information is sent to our team. As a result, the delivery of your order may be delayed if information and content is not received within 2 business days.
PICO Designs personalizes artwork for each client to meet your unique needs. Throughout the process we actively engage our clients to ensure that we have your input, feedback, and approval before your order is complete.

You can expect the following process when placing an order for any of our digital products:

Client reviews and provides feedback

PICO Designs works on Draft 2 of artwork

Client reviews and provides feedback (if applicable).

Client approves artwork

Note: PICO Designs produces a maximum of two drafts for each ordered product. If you would like a more personalized experience and would like to be closely involved in the creative process, please contact us directly.

Note: For any orders that require more than two drafts of artwork, the client will be billed for the additional labour costs before the order is sent to the client.
